Starbucks Spring 2020 Menu Features New Cloud and Nitro Cold Brew Beverages
This spring, Starbucks is expanding its popular Cloud and Nitro platforms with a new duo of luxurious handcrafted cold coffees. The new Cocoa Cloud Macchiato and Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam are sure to delight customers’ taste buds.
The two drinks are a true testament to Starbucks menu innovation, as they both deliver the right amount of sweetness to complement the espresso, while also delivering exquisite texture. As of today, March 3, the two beverages will be available at Starbucks across Canada.
Cocoa Cloud Macchiato
The Cocoa Cloud Macchiato is light and airy with layers of fluffy foam, cascading espresso, flavoured toffee nut syrup, our signature caramel crosshatch and a mocha drizzle swirl. It’s a new way to love your macchiato. And the best part? It’s subtly sweet. (Please note the Cloud Powder contains egg whites.)
Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam
Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam is exactly what it sounds like. The velvety smooth Starbucks® Nitro Cold Brew is topped with salted honey cold foam and a strike of toasted honey topping for a subtle flavour that complements the coffee. If you’re craving something oh so cool and sweet, this is it.
Expanded food options
In addition to the two new beverages, Starbucks is also introducing the Beyond Meat®, Cheddar and Egg Sandwich to its Canadian stores on March 3.
Starbucks customers and partners (employees) in Canada have been asking for a delicious breakfast sandwich with a plant-based patty. The new offering further expands Starbucks Canada’s meatless breakfast options, which include Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Sous Vide Egg Bites, Spinach, Feta & Cage-Free Egg White Wrap, classic oatmeal, and several bakery items.
Other food additions to the spring menu include the Cocoa Marshmallow Dream Bar, which is back by popular demand! This version of our original Marshmallow Dream Bar is a cocoa-flavoured combination of marshmallows, crispy rice and butter.
The Lemon Cake Pop — a lemon flavoured cake dipped in a yellow chocolatey coating, covered in sweet and sour topping — will also be added to the Starbucks menu this spring.
