Starbucks Launches Most Rewarding Week of the Year with Star Days
It’s never been more exciting to be a Starbucks Rewards member! Starting September 28, Starbucks is celebrating its Starbucks Rewards members with Star Days. Available exclusively in the Starbucks app, Star Days is a week of exclusive offers, games and exciting ways to earn Stars towards free beverages and food.
For the first time ever, Starbucks Rewards members will have the chance to earn triple Stars. Members can also play the new augmented reality game, Starland, and stay tuned for starry surprises on social media.

Starland Game
The week kicks off on Monday, Sept. 28 with Starland. Starbucks Rewards members can play the augmented reality game, Starland through Oct. 28 for a chance to win over 200,000 prizes like free coffee, free breakfast and Stars. National Coffee Day
Celebrate National Coffee Day on Tuesday, Sept. 29! Starbucks Rewards members who order a handcrafted beverage (grande or larger) by using the order ahead and pay feature in the Starbucks app will receive a free bakery item on their next visit (Canada only, excluding Quebec).*

Triple Star Thursday
For the first time ever, Starbucks Rewards members can collect triple (yes, triple) Stars on almost every order purchased at participating stores on Thursday, Oct. 1.

Customers can check out Snapchat for a Star-themed filter the week of Sept. 28 and be sure to keep an eye on Starbucks social media channels for exciting starry surprises all week.
The Starbucks app continues to be one of the best ways for customers to engage with Starbucks, especially amid COVID-19. The app offers contactless ordering, which provides customers with a convenient way to enjoy their favourite food and beverages. Customers can also order ahead and pay with the Starbucks app at participating stores, which not only saves time, but helps minimize contact with partners (employees) and other customers. For those new to using the Starbucks app, here are step-by-step instructions for digital ordering.
Last week, Starbucks announced an exciting new update to its industry-leading Starbucks® Rewards loyalty program. As of Sept. 15, customers in Canada and the U.S. who download the Starbucks app and sign up for Starbucks Rewards will be able to pay with credit or debit cards, cash, or select mobile wallets and earn Stars without having to preload a Starbucks Card.
Members can choose to pay with their preloaded Starbucks Card and earn two Stars per $1, or earn one Star per $1 spent when they scan and pay with a credit/debit card, cash, or select mobile wallets at participating stores.
This enhancement simplifies the Starbucks digital experience for customers by offering them more convenient ways to purchase their favourite menu items. It also meansmore customers can participate in the Starbucks Rewards program and take advantage of the benefits and personalized offers available.
Not a Starbucks Rewards member and want to celebrate Star Days? Joining is simple. Customers just need their name, e-mail address and a password to create an account for Starbucks Rewards. Go to www.starbucks.ca/rewards, or to the Starbucks app and follow the prompts to create an account.
