et la culture de l&rsquo;entreprise se transmet principalement de bouche \u00e0 oreille. En 1990, Starbucks prend de l\u2019expansion dans la r\u00e9gion du Nord-Ouest du Pacifique pour s\u2019implanter \u00e0 Chicago et \u00e0 Vancouver, et pr\u00e9voit ouvrir de nouveaux magasins en Californie et sur la c\u00f4te Est.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est durant cette p\u00e9riode que les leaders de Starbucks se r\u00e9unissent hors des murs de l\u2019entreprise pour r\u00e9diger le premier \u00e9nonc\u00e9 de mission de l\u2019entreprise. Plus que tracer une simple feuille de route, ils souhaitent non seulement d\u00e9terminer le but \u00e0 atteindre, mais aussi la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;y arriver. Il en r\u00e9sulte une vision ambitieuse et presque utopique pour une petite entreprise qui ne compte \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque que 75\u00a0bars \u00e0 espresso\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Faire de Starbucks le fournisseur principal des meilleurs caf\u00e9s au monde tout en maintenant nos principes in\u00e9branlables tout le long de notre croissance.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette premi\u00e8re d\u00e9marche audacieuse visant \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une entreprise diff\u00e9rente reposait sur des principes qui faisaient passer les personnes avant les profits. Les mots de cet \u00e9nonc\u00e9 deviennent alors une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l&rsquo;entreprise en train d\u2019ouvrir des milliers de magasins partout au pays, puis dans le monde entier. Sa mission et ses principes forment un langage commun, une expression de ses valeurs fondamentales et un engagement mutuel.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au fil des ans, Starbucks remanie \u00e0 plusieurs reprises sa mission et ses principes directeurs pour s\u2019adapter aux besoins changeants de ses partenaires, de l\u2019entreprise et du monde dans lequel elle \u00e9volue. C\u2019est en 2008, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence sur le leadership qui se d\u00e9roule en Nouvelle-Orl\u00e9ans et \u00e0 laquelle participent 10\u00a0000\u00a0g\u00e9rants et g\u00e9rantes de magasin, que l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9voile ce qui allait devenir Notre mission Starbucks\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Nourrir et inspirer l\u2019\u00e2me au gr\u00e9 des rencontres, caf\u00e9 apr\u00e8s caf\u00e9, d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre.\u00a0\u00bb En 2014, les principes au c\u0153ur de la mission de Starbucks sont actualis\u00e9s pour inclure des valeurs qui soulignent un engagement \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0am\u00e9liorer notre rendement sans perdre de vue la perspective humaine\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un nouveau moment. Une nouvelle mission.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mars 2023, Laxman Narasimhan terminait une immersion d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de six mois, du jamais vu au sein de l\u2019entreprise, pour entrer en fonction \u00e0 titre de chef de la direction de Starbucks. Alors qu&rsquo;il trace pour l&rsquo;entreprise une nouvelle voie en cette p\u00e9riode sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, il d\u00e9voile une mission actualis\u00e9e qui rend hommage au pass\u00e9 de Starbucks tout en se tournant vers un nouvel avenir. La mission\u00a0 est simple\u00a0: <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Avec chaque tasse, avec chaque conversation, et dans chaque communaut\u00e9 \u2013 nous entretenons les possibilit\u00e9s infinies des contacts humains.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette nouvelle mission reconnait le fait que les contacts humains constituent un besoin universel.
