Le cortado traditionnel, qui provient d\u2019Espagne et se distingue par son petit format et son go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9, tire son nom du mot espagnol \u00ab\u00a0cortar\u00a0\u00bb, qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0couper\u00a0\u00bb, car le lait coupe la saveur cors\u00e9e de l\u2019espresso.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>cortado de Starbucks<\/strong> est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec trois doses ristretto de l\u2019espresso Starbucks Blonde l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9, avec des notes de pomme d\u2019amour et de chocolat mi-amer. Les doses ristretto rehaussent les saveurs riches et concentr\u00e9es du caf\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une m\u00e9thode qui utilise la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de caf\u00e9 moulu qu\u2019une dose d\u2019espresso ordinaire, mais avec moins d\u2019eau et un temps d\u2019extraction plus court.
