syndicat.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En\u00a02023, une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019actionnaires a approuv\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution demandant une \u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendante\u00a0\u2013\u00a0men\u00e9e par une tierce partie\u00a0\u2013\u00a0de l\u2019engagement de Starbucks envers les principes de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019association et du droit \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation collective.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9valuation a directement et clairement \u00e9tabli qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de preuve que Starbucks a adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre des mesures antisyndicales. Elle affirme d\u2019autant plus que l\u2019entreprise a toujours assur\u00e9 \u00e0 ses partenaires que Starbucks respecte leur droit de s\u2019associer au moyen d\u2019\u00e9lections tenues de fa\u00e7on \u00e9quitable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, l\u2019\u00e9valuation a soulign\u00e9 que Starbucks n\u2019avait pas l\u2019intention de d\u00e9roger aux principes de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019association et du droit \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation collective.
