Starbucks cozy winter menu introduces the new Pistachio Cream Cold Brew
Starbucks welcomes the new year with the launch of its winter menu on Tuesday, January 3, featuring the return of the fan-favourite Pistachio Latte and the new Pistachio Cream Cold Brew.
The seasonal line-up also features the returning Pistachio Latte.

The new handcrafted Starbucks Pistachio Cream Cold Brew features Starbucks® Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, and is topped with silky, pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown buttery sprinkles. The Pistachio Cream Cold Brew builds on customer’s love of the Pistachio Latte and the popularity of cold coffee year-round.
Returning for a third year is the beloved Pistachio Latte, which made a splash when it launched in Winter 2021. Whether served hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino blended beverage, the Pistachio Latte perfectly combines Starbucks signature espresso and milk with the cozy flavour of sweet pistachio and finished with a salted brown butter topping.
“Pistachio is the perfect flavour to follow the holidays and carry us through the winter season,” said Rosalyn Batingan on the Starbucks beverage team. “Its smooth and sweet profile delivers a feeling of warmth and coziness, even when served cold. With the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, coffee lovers will savour the ultra-smooth combination of pistachio cream cold foam atop our cold brew. We are also delighted to welcome back the Pistachio Latte, which pairs our signature espresso, steamed milk, and flavours of sweet pistachio with top notes of brown butter.”
Love is also all around the bakery case with the returning rich and buttery Heart Sugar Cookie and Valentine Cake Pop.
Starbucks winter menu food and beverages are available at Starbucks stores nationwide for a limited time, while supplies last.

Starbucks is also introducing newly designed, winter-inspired drinkware in pretty pastels and fresh florals to brighten the new year. Ready to keep customers cold beverages chilled and hot beverages toasty, the winter collection includes stainless steel tumblers, ceramic mugs, beloved cold cups, and more in a variety of cup sizes. As always, customers who bring a clean, personal reusable cup into participating cafés will receive 10 cents off their beverage.
Starbucks Tribute Blend® Returns
The nostalgic Starbucks Tribute Blend® brings together four favourite origins, including herbal Sumatra, chocolatey Columbia, spicy Papua New Guinea and fruit-forward Ethiopia. Originally released to celebrate Starbucks 40th Anniversary in 2011, this popular whole bean coffee has tasting notes of black cherry and baking spices, highlighting the sweetest expressions of each origin.
