Starbucks PSL Is Back, Joined By New Pecan Oat Cortado and Mini Everything Bagels
Made with real pumpkin, the beverage that started the pumpkin spice phenomenon is now available, alongside new beverage and food offerings
Beginning Tuesday, August 26, the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), made with real pumpkin, returns to Starbucks coffeehouses – marking the unofficial start of fall for many. Joining the Starbucks fall menu is the new Pecan Oat Cortado, as well as returning favorites such as the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pecan Crunch Oat Latte. Starbucks Canada is also launching new Mini Everything Bagels which will be available year-round, and the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Fox Sugar Cookie and Raccoon Cake Pop are back for fall.
The Real Pumpkin Spice Latte is Now in Season

More than 20 years ago Starbucks first introduced the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) – Starbucks most popular seasonal beverage of all time – and created a global cultural phenomenon. PSL is made with real pumpkin, Starbucks Signature Espresso, steamed milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and is topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices (available hot, iced or blended).

The fan-favourite Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew also returns, crafted with Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice to create a perfectly balanced sip.
The Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is also back this year. Inspired by customer and barista customizations this creamy fall beverage pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
Discover Pecan

Last year, Starbucks introduced pecan – a warm and comforting flavour that pairs perfectly with espresso – and it quickly became a seasonal favourite. This fall, Starbucks is introducing the new Pecan Oat Cortado, which combines three shots Starbucks Blonde Espresso with notes of pecan, rich brown butter and holiday baking spices and steamed oat beverage, it is then sprinkled with a pecan crunch topping and served hot in an 8-ounce cup.
“The saltiness and browned butter notes of caramel combined with the toasted pecan flavors are the perfect complement to the Cortado’s bold espresso base,” says Patrick Penny, lead beverage developer for Starbucks. “When paired with creamy oat beverage, the pecan balances the strong, rich flavor notes of Starbucks Blonde Espresso.”
Additionally, the Pecan Crunch Oat Latte is back, featuring Starbucks Blonde Espresso, oat beverage, notes of pecan, rich brown butter and holiday baking spices. The iced version includes a layer of vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Customers can also add a pecan flavour twist to any iced beverage by customizing it with Salted Pecan Cream Cold Foam – available hot or iced.
The New Mini Everything Bagels

The new Mini Everything Bagels, joining the Starbucks Canada menu year-round, feature three savoury bagel rounds filled with plain cream cheese and topped with white sesame seeds, minced onion, pretzel salt, poppy seeds, black sesame seeds and garlic.
Plus, the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Fox Sugar Cookie and Raccoon Cake Pop return to the seasonal menu.
Starbucks Guatemala Casi Cielo Coffee

Starbucks Single-Origin Guatemala Casi Cielo, one of the most popular coffees among Starbucks baristas is a single-origin Guatemala medium roast coffee with a smooth, citrusy flavor profile featuring notes of Meyer lemon and cocoa nibs.
This coffee celebrates Guatemala’s Antigua Valley – an iconic coffee growing region known for producing some of the finest beans in the world. It pairs well with any dessert and is beautiful anyway you brew – hot or iced.
