Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte and the season fans have been waiting for is back Aug. 25
Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) season starts Aug. 25, with the arrival of PSL at Starbucks, along with new and returning fall beverages, comforting food and seasonal merchandise. For many, the arrival of PSL and the fall menu is the first sign that autumn has officially arrived. To celebrate the return of the seasonal icon, Starbucks is teaming up with another icon, Martha Stewart, to remind fans to embrace everything they love about fall, unapologetically.
Returning this season alongside PSL are the fan-favourite Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, crafted with cold brew, vanilla syrup and topped with velvety pumpkin cream cold foam and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, inspired by customer and barista customizations. This creamy fall beverage is a blend of black tea infused with cinnamon and other spices, milk and pumpkin cream cold foam. The returning favourites are joined by three new pumpkin beverages:
NEW Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso combines Starbucks® Blonde Espresso shaken with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon, served over ice with oat beverage and topped with pumpkin cream cold foam for a sweet and creamy finish.
NEW Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha layers smooth iced matcha with velvety pumpkin cream cold foam, bringing together matcha and creamy pumpkin flavour in one vibrant beverage.
NEW Pumpkin Spice Chai features black tea infused with cinnamon and warming spices combined with steamed milk and sweet pumpkin sauce, finished with a dusting of pumpkin spice topping
Hello again, Pecan
Customers can once again enjoy Pecan Cortado, crafted with Starbucks® Blonde Espresso, comforting pecan flavours and steamed whole milk. Also returning is the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte, which combine nutty flavours, rich brown-buttery notes and baking spices with Starbucks signature espresso.
Banana bread inspires new beverages
With banana flavours continuing to trend, Starbucks is expanding its banana-inspired lineup with two new beverages inspired by freshly baked banana bread.
Banana Bread Latte is made hot with Starbucks® Blonde Espresso combined with banana and brown sugar syrup and milk. The iced beverage is topped with brown sugar cream cold foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon dolce topping for a bakery-inspired flavour.
Iced Banana Bread Chai pairs spiced chai with banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping for a comforting sip inspired by banana bread.
Introducing Iced Chaider
NEW Iced Chaider brings together classic fall flavours in a fresh and unexpected twist. Starbucks chai is combined with vibrant strawberry acai flavours, creating a crisp, refreshing cider-like beverage.

The Starbucks fall menu offers something for every autumn craving, with new bakery and offerings, whimsical sweets and the return of a beloved bakery treat.
NEW Mini Pies
Made in Canada, these new mini pies offer bite-sized fall favourite flavours, perfect for on-the-go enjoyment. The mini pies will be available for a limited time in Canadian coffeehouses starting August 25 and will be available in bundle pricing.
Mini Apple Crumble Pie is filled with northern spy apples and topped with real butter and tasted oats, noting the perfect balance of sweet and citrus with a crunch.
Mini Pecan Pie balances crunch sweetness and toasted nutty pecans, filled with a buttery caramelized filling and hand topped with whole pecans.
Mini Pumpkin Pie is made with real pumpkin puree and spices with a creamy, velvety taste that feels like a warm hug on a crisp fall day.
The new Hedgehog Cake Pop is an adorable addition to the fall menu, made with vanilla cake and buttercream, dipped in chocolaty icing and decorated with chocolate sprinkles.
The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is back, featuring a spiced pumpkin muffin with sweet cream cheese filling and topped with spicy chopped pepitas.
The Fox Sugar Cookie is also returning with a rich, buttery shortbread cookie topped with white-chocolaty icing featuring a sly fox face
