A new layer of flavour: Meet the Starbucks Strato Frappuccino blended beverage
This summer, a Starbucks classic is reimagined with the Strato Frappuccino – a name inspired by the Italian word strato, meaning “layer.”
The Strato™ Frappuccino® Blended Beverage combines creamy cold foam with familiar flavours reimagined in modern, textured ways. Whether it’s the sweet touch of spice from the brown sugar and cinnamon of the new Brown Sugar Strato™ Frappuccino ® Blended Beverage, the brightness of Strawberry Matcha Strato™ Frappuccino ® Blended Beverage, or the richness of Salted Caramel Mocha Strato™ Frappuccino ® Blended Beverage, these drinks offer a fresh take on a classic – crafted for those looking for something a little more refined, without losing the fun that made Frappuccino® a favourite. The new beverages will be available in Starbucks stores starting July 8, for a limited time.

Salted Caramel Mocha Strato Frappuccino Blended Beverage
The Salted Cream Mocha Strato™ Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is a rich blend of the sweet flavours of chocolate and caramel, made with mocha sauce, Frappuccino® Roast coffee, milk and ice. The beverage is topped with a rich layer of salted caramel-flavoured cream cold foam and a zigzag of caramel drizzle.
Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino Blended Beverage
The Strawberry Matcha Strato™ Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is a vibrant blend of Starbucks reformulated unsweetened matcha, classic syrup, milk, and ice, layered with juicy strawberry-flavoured cream cold foam.
Brown Sugar Strato Frappuccino Blended Beverage
The Brown Sugar Strato™ Frappuccino® Blended Beverage combines Frappuccino® Roast coffee, milk, and ice, layered with brown sugar-flavoured cream cold foam. A strike of cinnamon is an elegant finishing touch.
