Starbucks Holiday Menu Returns with Festive New Refreshers & Food, Beginning November 7
It’s the merriest time of year with the return of Starbucks holiday cups and handcrafted espresso beverages, including the iconic Peppermint Mocha, and returning favourites like the Caramel Brûlé Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte, starting November 7. Starbucks is also introducing a trio of new Cran-Merry Orange Refreshers, plus new and returning holiday pastries and beloved seasonal coffee blends including Christmas Blend and Holiday Blend.

New Cran-Merry Orange Refreshers
For the first time, a trio of Starbucks Refreshers join the holiday menu featuring a delicious combination of sweet orange and warm spices to complement the crisp cranberry taste.
The NEW Cran-Merry Orange Refresher captures the essence of the season with flavours of sweet orange, tart cranberry and warm spices, including notes of cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg, shaken with ice, water and real cranberries.
The NEW Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher combines the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher shaken with ice, lemonade and real cranberries.
The NEW Cran-Merry Drink features the Cran-Merry Refresher with creamy coconut beverage poured over ice and real cranberries.
Like all Starbucks Refreshers, Cran-Merry Orange Refreshers are infused with green coffee extract from unroasted arabica coffee beans.
Peppermint Mocha
A holiday favorite for more than 20 years, the iconic Peppermint Mocha is back, featuring Starbucks Signature Espresso combined with steamed milk, mocha sauce and peppermint-flavored syrup, and topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls. Available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino® blended beverage.
Caramel Brûlé Latte
The rich flavour and caramelly sweetness of Starbucks Signature Espresso shines in the Caramel Brûlé Latte as it combines with steamed milk and rich caramel brûlé sauce, topped with whipped cream and caramel brûlé topping. Available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino blended beverage.
Chestnut Praline Latte
The Chestnut Praline Latte features Starbucks Signature Espresso, steamed milk and flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices, topped with whipped cream and spiced praline crumbs. Available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino blended beverage.
Iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte
In the Iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte, sugar cookie flavoured syrup combines with Starbucks Blonde Espresso – a light roast that's smooth and subtly sweet – ice, and oat beverage, topped with red and green sprinkles for a modern twist on a holiday classic. Available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino blended beverage.
Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai
Back for a second year, the Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai combines warm chai spices, creamy oat beverage and ice, and is topped with nondairy gingerbread-flavoured cold foam and a spice topping.
Holiday Cold Foams
Starbucks holiday cold foams are the perfect complement to Starbucks Cold Brew or iced coffee. Customers can enjoy a variety of new and returning flavours this holiday season, which can be made nondairy and added as a customization for an additional charge to give any drink a festive twist.
- NEW Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam: Sweet and deliciously spicy gingerbread flavours blended with Starbucks signature vanilla sweet cream.
- NEW Salted Pecan Cream Cold Foam: Nutty flavours of pecan and rich brown buttery notes combined with a touch of salt and blended with Starbucks signature vanilla sweet cream. Customers can enjoy this holiday cold foam in the new Salted Pecan Crunch Cold Brew, a savoury-meets-sweet beverage inspired by sweet and salty candied pecan flavours of the holidays. Made with Starbucks Cold Brew, the drink is sweetened with a touch of vanilla, and topped with silky-smooth salted pecan cream cold foam and a crunchy pecan-flavoured sugar. Starbucks® Christmas Blend
For the 40th year, Starbucks Christmas Blend returns as one of Starbucks most anticipated seasonal coffee blends. Introduced in 1984, when Starbucks only sold whole bean coffee, tea and spices, Christmas Blend quickly became a customer favourite as it showcased Starbucks artistry in roasting and blending with an expert combination of Latin American beans and mellow Indonesian coffees. The finishing touch was the addition of rare, spicy Sumatra beans that were aged for three to five years for a full-bodied, spicy and rich cup of coffee. This holiday season, pair Christmas Blend with Starbucks gently spiced Gingerbread Loaf.
