The holidays are back at Starbucks, with this year’s festive cups, which were unveiled today, ahead of the Nov. 6 launch of Starbucks holiday drinks and food.

Seasonal favourites like the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher, Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Oat Latte and the Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai return, alongside new and returning treats, such as the fan-favourite Snowman Cookie and the new Polar Bear Cake Pop.

Holiday Cups

This year’s designs are inspired by the iconic green and red aprons worn by baristas, bringing festive ribbons, cozy coffeehouse textures and nostalgic plaid patterns to life. From apron strings tied up into holiday bows to classic holiday plaids, each cup is crafted to evoke warmth, tradition and togetherness. Plus, there’s a special spot for personal messages on every cup. Read more about the inspiration behind this year’s holiday cup designs.

Holiday Drinks

Make it merry with a lineup of handcrafted holiday drinks that capture the spirit of the holidays. Whether you want to sip through a snowy morning or a twinkling evening, a festive favourite is waiting to be savored.

Cran-Merry Orange Refresher

A festive fan-favourite in Canada, the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher blends sweet orange, tart cranberry and warm spices, green coffee extract and cranberry inclusions mixed with water, lemonade or coconut beverage and shaken with ice.

Sugar Cookie Oat Latte (Hot and Iced)

The Sugar Cookie Latte combines Starbucks Blonde Espresso — a light roast that’s smooth and subtly sweet —  oat beverage and sugar cookie-flavoured syrup topped with red and green sprinkles. Available hot, iced or as a Frappuccino blended beverage.

Iced Sugar Cookie Cream Matcha Latte

Also new to the Holiday menu in Canada is the Iced Sugar Cookie Cream Matcha Latte – a smooth and creamy matcha latte topped with Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam and festive red and green sprinkles.

Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Brew

For coffee fans who love that sweet treat, this season will have the Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with Vanilla syrup, topped with a Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam and finished with Red and Green Sprinkles.

Peppermint Mocha

The Peppermint Mocha has been a holiday favourite for years, featuring Starbucks Signature Espresso combined with steamed milk, mocha sauce and peppermint-flavoured syrup, and topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls. Available hot, iced or as a Frappuccino® blended beverage.

Caramel Brulé Latte

The rich flavour and caramel sweetness of Starbucks Signature Espresso shines in the Caramel Brulé Latte as it combines steamed milk and rich caramel brulé sauce, topped with whipped cream and caramel brulé topping. Available hot, iced and as a Frappuccino blended beverage.

Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai

The Iced Gingerbread Chai  combines warm chai spices, oat beverage and ice, and is topped with a gingerbread-flavoured cold foam and a spice topping.  Also available hot.

All of Starbucks holiday beverages can be made with non-dairy milk for no additional charge, and protein-boosted 2% milk can also be substituted into any holiday beverage for an additional charge, adding 12 to 16 grams of protein in a hot or iced grande beverage.

Holiday Cold Foams

Starbucks holiday cold foams are a creamy, frothy topping that adds creaminess and flavour to any cold coffee, iced tea or Refreshers, creating a delicious, layered drink. Customers can enjoy a variety of seasonal flavours, all  of which can be made with protein delivering approximately 15 grams of extra protein, and most can also be made non-dairy.

The viral Snowman Cookie is back. This buttery shortbread cookie is decorated with white-chocolaty icing.

New Polar Bear Cake Pop

A chewy and soft blondie cake with dried cranberries, finished with a velvety layer of cream-cheese icing flecked with fragrant orange zest and a sprinkle of dried cranberries for a festive touch.

Turkey Sage Danish

A savoury turkey sausage lightly tossed in a creamy béchamel sauce, encased in a crisp, flaky laminated pastry.

Gingerbread Loaf

A fresh take on gingerbread this season, this spiced and sweet loaf is warm, comforting, and ready to be your new holiday favourite.

Seasonal Whole Bean Coffee

Starbucks® Christmas Blend

Starbucks Christmas Blend is one of the most anticipated seasonal coffee blends. Introduced in 1984, when Starbucks only sold whole bean coffee, tea and spices, Christmas Blend quickly became a customer favourite. It showcases Starbucks artistry in roasting and blending with an expert combination of Latin American beans and mellow Indonesian coffees.

Starbucks® Christmas Blonde Roast

Christmas Blend is also available in blonde roast, highlighting a lighter expression of Starbucks traditional roast with beans from Indonesia for herbal, maple-like sweetness as well as washed and sun-dried coffees from East Africa for a burst of spiced citrus and fig notes. The coffee is lightly roasted to bring out woodsy aromas and a smooth flavour with just the right amount of seasonal spice.

Throughout most of the season, Starbucks Christmas Blonde Roast and Starbucks Christmas Blend Blonde will be the featured dark and light roast brewed coffee in participating stores. Starbucks Christmas Blend is also available for purchase as whole bean coffee throughout the season.

Starbucks® Holiday Blend

Starbucks® Holiday Blend combines bright Latin American beans with rich Sumatran coffee, roasted to bring out an elegant complexity of flavour. The result is a full-bodied and vibrant blend that unfolds with layered notes of sweet maple and inviting herbs. This seasonal cup is the perfect complement to winter walks, the glow of a fireplace and the warmth of being together.

The holidays are just beginning at Starbucks! As the season unfolds, holiday classics like the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte will make their much-anticipated return. And mark your calendars—Red Cup Day is back on Nov. 13! Customers who purchase any handcrafted holiday beverage on Nov. 13 will receive a collectible reusable red cup to celebrate the season in style.
